「It was a short trip just to get away and relax after a very stressful start to school year. The place was amazing and offered the perfect atmosphere to just relax, unwind and destress. We made a trip to Mountain View which was a beautiful drive and offered many places to eat.」

「We had the best time in our first time at Cotter! The house has a large circle drive which is great for a boat and larger vehicles. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Super clean place. The kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the multiple decks. One that was enclosed with a large table. There is a pass through from the kitchen that made it easy to get food to and from. AND another deck with a beautiful view!!! We loved every minute!! The neighbor is crazy- just...
