In the warmer months, Pineview Reservoir is just minutes away, inviting guests to enjoy boating, fishing, paddleboarding, and other water activities. Scenic hiking and mountain biking trails are also nearby.
You'll enjoy modern comforts including a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private balcony. Guests also have complimentary access to community amenities such as a seasonal outdoor pool, two year-round hot tubs, pickleball courts, patio areas, and a convenient ski shuttle to Snowbasin directly from the development.
Inside, natural light fills the home and highlights breathtaking mountain views. The open-concept living area features plush seating and a state-of-the-art 77" Smart TV, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxing or entertaining.
