Very noisy. The windows have a poor STC rating and you can hear people talking on the street from the 15th floor. Lots of bus traffic on surrounding streets and you must turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it. Also the entry door was undercut by 3/4" thus letting in air and hallway conversations. The building needs some upgrades to make it quieter. Staff was 5 star.
