「If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe...

We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!」

「The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. 」
