Mount Tapulao

This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors. Please address maintenance issues

Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par.
