Entire 2nd floor of 2 story home with newly renovated interior. 1350 sq feet with 3 queen bedrooms, each with their own tv , and 2 full baths. The hall bath has a bath/shower combo and the master bath has a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in both showers.
The large welcoming kitchen has refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, electric oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, Keurig, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. You’ll find that we provide an ample supply of essentials like basic spices, coffee pods, sugar and creamer. The table seats up to 6 people. There is a nice live edge bar between the kitchen and den with 2 barstools on the kitchen side, allowing for a great view of he 70 in. flat screen smart tv in the den. The spacious den has a full-size pull out couch and 2 recliners.
There is a large back balcony with a gas grill and 2 outdoor chairs. Surrounded by lots of trees including some beautiful grand live oaks, seems to make it our guests favorite place to hang out.
Only a 1/4 mile to Town Center Shopping Center, 5 miles to Front Beach, Isle of Palms, 7 miles to Sullivan's Island, 7 miles to downtown Charleston, 9 miles to the historic district, 2 miles to Shem Creek and less than a mile to I-526 which is great if you are going to Daniel Island for tennis or a concert. (7 miles to Volvo Stadium). Shipyard park is 12 miles and Folly Beach is 19 miles.

Other things to note:
The 1st floor is occupied by long term tenants. A young friendly couple who we know very well. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
The minimum age requirement for the person booking is 21 years.
Pet policy: $125 non refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
There is a standard height chain link fence, so if you have a dog that could jump one, please keep them on a leash. Trash pick-up is early Monday mornings. Please roll the trash can to the street on Sunday evening.
