The Space:
Guests will love this home because it’s walking distance to the old village and a 1 min ride to Shem Creek. As for the house, guests can use the entire property (the whole house) and outdoor areas with a propane fire pit as well as the front porch.

We love this area because we are close to (1) Shem Creek, (2) the Old Village & Pitt Street Bridge, (3) Mozzo Deli, (4) Nico restaurant, (4) 2-min drive from Patriot Point Links Golf Club, (5) A quick 5 min ride to Sullivan’s Island Beach…. I can go on please message me for more!

Getting Around:
Getting around is very easy in Mt. P. First of all if you like to exercise walk to and through the Old village is fun. To get around you’ll need some sort of vehicle but everything worth seeing and doing are just a short <5 mins away. If you’re looking for a night out or to spend some time downtown you can easily call a Uber/Lyft for a straight shot to King St.
