Fantastic Heart of Mt Pleasant

The house was incredible! It had all the amenities we needed, (many we didn't use). It is a charming older home with a new and fresh update. The kitchen is fantastic and plenty of room to snack and catch up, a great deck with outdoor seating and strings lights to enjoy the evenings. The house is barely 5 minutes from Downtown Charleston with easy access coming and going.

Great Location... Beautiful House!

This beautiful house is perfectly located. Everything is within a couple minutes away. Very clean and accommodating for my elderly parents with a ramp and bathroom accommodations. Highly recommended!

Family vacation

This is a nice property in a great location. It was not far to anywhere we wanted to go. The fire pit and deck were great, and the driveway was plenty big enough for our 3 vehicles. We have just a few suggestions to make this property even better. We are accustomed to having more than 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person. Washing of towels had to be timed so no one was needing theirs until they were dry - just a little inconvenient. Also, the grill was specifically advertised in the listing but there were no utensils. We had to go buy some to use with the grill. I would have expected them to be available with the grill. Finally, there are a lot of empty cabinets and not a lot of dishes, etc. There were only 8 dinner plates for 10 guests. Stocking the kitchen with more dishes would be an improvement.

Excellent property for our big group!

This property was perfect for our big group! It was our family of 5 plus both sets of grandparents. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was just like described. Very clean! It was well stocked. Location is great! We went to downtown Charleston, Patriot’s Point, Fort Sumter, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms. We were centrally located to everything. We walked at night and enjoyed the outdoor space. Deck is very nice. Neighborhood was very nice and felt safe. We had an excellent week and would recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent stay at Palmetto Grove

Our five night stay could not have been more perfect! The house was immaculate and offered plenty of space for our five person party! We also enjoyed the deck and my dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard! The location is phenomenal. Situated in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood but within walking distance to Shem Creek and close driving distance to the Ravenel Bridge. Highly recommend!

The property is spacious and very comfortably furnished. The location is within walking distance of fun Shem Creek restaurants. Check in & out was seamless. We would definitely choose this property again.

Great House, Excellent Location

We were all thoroughly impressed when we walked in the house, which has been updated beautifully on the inside and had plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The location is simply perfect - short drives to the beach or downtown Charleston and minutes away from anything else you could need in Mount Pleasant. We will absolutely look this house up again on our next trip!

Mount Pleasant Gem!

From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the attention given to this newly remodeled home. We all enjoyed the privacy that each room gave us. Most bedrooms, (3 out of the 4) were ensuite rooms, with full baths. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with multi-million dollar homes. It was convenient to everything that Charleston has to offer! We all slept great in the well appointed rooms. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable. There was great communication with the host and his staff. Everything was perfect!
