"There were 4 of us that came to the area for a race in Letchworth State Park and wanted to explore the area for the weekend and also, just relax. This was the perfect place to do both. The cabin was cozy, well appointed and so peaceful and quiet. Peg thought of everything and left lots of notes for us to make it very easy to find everything we needed."

"This property has everything you need to enjoy a visit to Letchworth State Park. It's located in a very quiet area just outside the Perry entrance to the park, and gas/groceries are a 10 minute drive away. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the outdoor firepit or the game room in the basement, but those are nice amenities that make this a really special property. Thanks Ron!"

"We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."

"I picked this place because it was in the zone of totality and I could watch the eclipse from the comfort of a hot tub instead of having to fight through traffic. Clouds unfortunately completely blocked the view but still had a great time. There were some minor maintenance issues like how the main bedroom door downstairs did not shut that should be fixed to improve other's experience but overall it was a lovely visit. "Property was as described except it states there is a spacious deck which there is not. Also wish the fire pit was closer to house. Neither were a big deal as the weather wasn't great so we didn't spend much time outside. Could use a little more lighting outside as its very dark and a little more seating in main living area for guests. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. Fit 6 adults comfortably. Upstairs is very spacious and lots of beds for sleeping. Overall would stay there...
