We actually had two connecting rooms for our group of 5 (my daughter, 3 granddaughters and myself). There was plenty of space and the accommodations were nice. As was noted, there is no elevator. However, our rooms were just one level up and the climb wasn't bad.
That said, it should be noted that the hotel is located up a steep climb. I was not prepared for this. We took a tram from the train station and knew it was a 0.7 mile walk to the hotel - just didn't realise it was like walking to the castle on top of the hill. On the other hand, we were closer to the castle and visited the area ofter.
I loved the location - not as crowded as on the other side of the river but plenty to do, great restaurants, views etc.
