Horrible!! Pool closed, no breakfast, all ice machine not working, no hair drying, did not sell soap for washing machine, no extra pillows....everything boarded up with black plastic with COVID written on it.

Property is convenient as far as location. All 9 floors had ice machines that didn’t work. Was told it’s going through a renovation which it does need. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. No gym or pool open.

Bathroom had no air fan ventilation room had cigarette odor and cigarette ashes on window seals no ice on any floors had to go down to front desk asking for ice no microwave or little fridge in the room not good experience, elevator had a very strong cigarette smell and could’ve been hazardous to a couple of family members with asthma conditions would not stay at the Clarion hotel in the future

Horrible.. checked into a dirty room. Bed a mess and towels on the floor. Had to go back to check in desk for another room. Then they charged my card again 2x still waiting for a refund

Smells like an ashtray

This place was horrible! The room reeked of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking room. We complained and asked to be moved but it would seem all the rooms stink like an ashtray. The elevator makes a noise that sounds like a jackhammer which kept us up all night long.

Cet hotel est à fermer pour faire des travaux le restaurant était extrêmement honteux pour un hôtel du genre car il faudrait envoyer un inspecteur digne du nom pour cet hôtel.

Worst experience ever never again

First, when I got there the heat wasn't working at all so it was not only cold outside it was cold inside when I went to call customer service the phones were ringing but nobody was answering so I had to go downstairs and I called from my phone only to find the phone does work but they weren't answering they were sitting in the back watching tv. The non-smoking room, floor, and elevator smelled like smoke along with the hallway and elevators being filthy and leftover food in different areas that were spoiled no housekeeping was available. The room above the room I was in ended up having some kind of flood issue leading to my room being flooded with water in the bathroom from the water coming from upstairs to my room after slipping, falling, and complaining they finally moved me to another room after telling me the maintenance man only comes 2 days a week. I needed the cart to help me carry my groceries to my room which wasn't available so I asked them can they look on the camera to see what floor it can be on and I will go up and get it only for them to tell me the cameras only work at the front desk which makes no sense to me because they have cameras upstairs but claim they weren't working so I ended up going upstairs on each floor still not finding any carts only to go back downstairs get my groceries and bring them up individually only to see the rep looking at the cameras on each floor so they lied about the cameras not working because they didn't want to help.

Run Forest Run

They had a 800 watt microwave from the 70's screwed down to an old table. In a common room on floor #4, that had a completely disconnected ice machine stored in it , with 2 other dressers. The microwave was clean. But did not work. No ice neither. No fridge or microwave in the room. Discarded freshley eaten food left there, thrown behind ice machine, and a 40 watt bulb in the room. When i put a flashlight on the bugs scattered.. In the morning the continental "Free" breakfast was in violation. No one attending to cleanliness. Broken Styrofoam cups , open oatmeal slow cooker smelled, bread and bagels left open. Dish of butter left near toaster to rott. Milk , orange juice , and apple juice left unrefridgerated, and were warm. Cut Cookies and cut dried danish cut into 3/4 inch pieces placed in paper cookie wrappers. Tables left food dirty from previous table users. Sheetrock screws holding trim in the 3 elevator walls. Laundry room closed due to Covid. Old heating unit. No venting , no a/c. No lock on window, left open for "AIR". 36° at night on 3/10/23.. Desk tried not honoring advertised Room Rates.

Do not stay in this dump

This place is a DUMP. No hot water, a pathetic breakfast with no selection, dirty walls and floors. The room smelled. We were relieved to leave I ran into people on the elevator and felt that they were people living in the building full time. Don't stay here.

The rooms are not as advertised. The staff wasn’t very accommodating to my request for a cot. It took fours and my insistence not to leave the desk at the end before the cot was delivered. Ice machines were broken, no buckets provided anyway.
