「Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round」

「The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Amenities were as described. Furniture in living room not as described or pictured - it was 2 single beds stacked perpendicularly, difficult to sit and watch TV. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable. Description should include narrow steep staircase to 2nd floor apartment.」

「The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. My partner, dog, and I had a really lovely time. Conveniently located and very well heated on the coldest day of the year since Feb). Would absolutely stay here again. The only thing is the train is quite close and you can hear it, but we got used to it very quickly and it did not impact our sleep at all. 」

「The positive first. It was clean and directions to enter the apartment were helpful. The beds were comfortable. The stocked kitchen was not accurate. There were three plastic cups. No glasses. Two mismatched wine glasses and a handful of mismatched utensils. I think there may have been 3 forks total. There were no bowls or serving dishes. The only frying pan was filthy. We had to clean it. Also there was no laundry detergent provided. The area was a little sketchy. There was a homeless...

「We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.」
