"The hotel is a short walk from Morioka Station along a main thoroughfare. There are plenty of dining options in the area. Unfortunately, the weather was quite poor on my short visit, so I didn’t get to visit as many outdoor locations. But I would definitely stay at the Daiwa Roynet if I’m back in Morioka or Iwate Ken."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available."

"It’s not very accessible if you are not driving. It’s like a single hotel beside a hospital. Though there were restaurants and supermarkets with 10-15 minutes walk. The plus point is the public bath within the hotel. Room not very spacious. Overall is an acceptable stay."
