「Beautiful house and property! We stayed during the July 4th heat dome, and the AC did have some trouble keeping up, especially upstairs. We were very thankful for the booster window air conditioner upstairs, as it made a big difference. The only thing we wished the house had was a dishwasher in the kitchen. The driveway was perfect for parking, unloading, and loading, even with our large family 12-passenger van. There were many thoughtful updates throughout this older home that made it a very...

「This worked for what we needed. We weren’t at the house besides sleeping.. The inside of the house was remolded and cute for an old farmhouse but the outside could use some work. Most of the outlets upstairs are loose. Getting into the house was easy」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! We are college counselors and were in Delaware for a visit to Ohio Wesleyan University, and this adorable home was the perfect place to stay. It was charming, comfortable, welcoming, and felt like a little home away from home.If you’re visiting OWU, you really couldn’t ask for a better location. We were able to walk to campus each day, which made our visit so easy and convenient. As anyone visiting a college campus knows, having a comfortable place to stay...

「Book it! We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It's very cool and kitschy, like being in a time capsule. Everything was clean and the bed sheets are so soft. There is definitely internet and a tv in the main room. It's an easy short walk to town. It's located right behind a church in a safe neighborhood with a basketball hoop right across the street. If you're looking for cozy, relaxing, affordable and cool - this is it!」

「The best host! The place was so cool!!」

「What a beautiful home, or manor, as the owners refer to it as. All of the furnishings and decor were absolutely perfect and there was everything you needed to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. The whole vibe of the house was serene and welcoming. We felt at one with its presence and we can’t wait until we can visit again.」

「Enjoyed our stay. Wish the second bathroom had a shower curtain surrounding the large soaker tub.」

「The hosts were so very kind. They graciously accommodated shifting schedules. They were extremely responsive when I had questions. The house was charming and the location was perfect for walking down to the farmer’s market.」

「The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!」
