「needs more amenities such tooth bush」

「Good stay」

「プレミアムキングの部屋にバスタブの写真がありバスタブ付きだと思い問い合わせたら ないと言われて困ったがホテル側が変更をしてくれて無事にバスタブを使えました。 大きすぎるのでお湯が」

「This place is perfect for the business traveller. Although parking is a bit of a squeeze, the rooms are spacious, comfy bed, have a great desk to work at, (no freezer in the fridge, though...) and walking distance to everything useful - supermarkets, food, pubs, banks and so on. This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future when in Mount Gambier.」

「Nice old hotel, unfortunately the beautiful balconies are not safe for guests. The first room we were offered had a strong smell of cleaning products and the windows didn’t open. However the helpful staff provided a different room which was very comfortable.」

「This place has character, lovely big old home. Our room was huge. Easy walk into town」

「We were blown away by our stay in this wonderful property. It is small boutique hotel which has been immaculately restored by the owners. We had a suite consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. It was well equipped, warm and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Commodore Hotel and the food was very good. This is one of the best places we have stayed in on our Australia trip.」

「Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value .」

「This was a great experience, a must do」

「Good」

「The location is good, the size of the room is great with good condition.」

「繁華街から離れているので、車がないと不便。ビジターセンターから歩いて１５分程度。設備はとても良かった。」

「Property is situated in the centre of town, with plenty of parking. Very well presented and incredibly well appointed. Bed was TERRIBLE! Crazy soft and there was also no aircon in the bedroom. Sleeping a full night was impossible due to the heat created by the dense sheets and lack of cool airflow! Eaking up through the night managing the heat. As nice as it is without an ability to sleep comfortably its not worth booking. Clearly the owner has cash! invest in a decent bed! and move.the aircon...

「Clean room close to town, and shops, quiet and easy access.」

「Amazing place to stay」

「Absolutely appalling and unacceptable behaviour from the motel owner! We simply wanted to extend our stay for one night, but due to poor communication between reception and staff, the owner turned up at our door without even knocking and rudely demanded why we were still there, insisting we pay first. We had absolutely no issue paying, but his arrogant, grumpy and disrespectful attitude was completely unnecessary. Such disgraceful customer service from someone running a hospitality business! A...
