"We stayed one night, were put on third floor and then advised the elevators were out of service, with no option to change floors. Informed on arrival that the hotel restaurant was closed and not available. Got into our room and tried to use sink and shower-brown water poured out. Took video and spoke with front desk staff who advised worked had been done and to just run the tap for a while. We had to go purchase bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth as there was no assurance that water was clean. Front desk staff advised there was Nothing they could do but promised to bring to attention for the day manager who would look into concerns contact us and "do something to the bill" We were never contacted by a manager, and received a bill for the full amount. It was an extremely disappointing experience and a lack of customer service."

"That water slide is a great thing to do after skiing! Even if you're not a kid! Breakfast options were plentiful and we had a great dinner at the in-house restaurant the first night (souvlaki). Room had a couple of unique and highly appreciated features: overhead light in the middle of the room and door that beeps if not closed fully"

"Very noisy , doors slamming from the next room , you can hear voices from next room and lights on sundeck stayed on all night long so it lights up the room "

"We really liked the Modern Olive restaurant in this hotel - excellent food and service. Pool and waterlside are in a bright natural lit large room. We liked our one bedroom suite with kitchenette and two bathrooms, it was comfortable, clean quiet. "

The first room we were given had three inched of murky water in the sink (backed up), mouse crap in the tub and it didn't look like the towels were all replaced with clean ones. The second room had black mold on the ceiling, rust on several fittings and areas of the floor had not been cleaned in some time, judging by the ridges of dirt."
