「Our group of friends (mostly couples) had a fantastic weekend at The River House! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. No bathroom is en suite, but each was plenty big with really nice showers. We loved the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, especially The screened in porch and firepit. We also got into the river in tubes and floated down to the first bridge (took about 2 hours), which made for an idealic afternoon on the Chattahoochee. It's a little tricky to get into the river, but...

「This property is beautiful and the house met all of our expectations. Indoor and outdoor activities were very entertaining for our group and the cooking facilities were top notch. Our host kept us posted. Easy check in and out.」

「This was our family vacation over Labor Day weekend. We were so happy with the beautiful, lakefront house. All the amenities were fantastic. The guys had fun fishing from the dock, while the girls enjoyed the sundeck! Our host stayed in touch and explained everything great! The kitchen had all the things needed to enjoy many family meals together! The beds were all comfy and plenty of space for everybody to spread out whether it was inside playing games or outside grilling burgers on the gas...

「Daring was an amazing host. The property was very clean and had just about everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bed was very comfortable in the master suite. It's location to downtown Helen couldn't be better. I highly recommend staying at this property」

「We thought it was perfect for us.」

「There is no view as you are in literally in a parking lot but the location is great and the house was very clean. It worked great for us.」

「Property owner was very accessible. Lots of personal touch’s to decor. Perfect for two adult couples.」

「Overall, a decent stay. Only complaint was there is no counter space in the kitchen for prep work. We like to cook on trips, so this was disappointing. If you eat out for all meals, this won’t be an issue. Other than that, things were fine. Good location to tubing spots.」

「It was a great place at a great location with great host. Had a lot of fun」

「Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family vacation. The host was excellent with communication and made the entire process easy. The only thing worth noting is that one side of the driveway is very steep, which was a bit challenging—especially for the grandparents in our group. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.」

「This is a beautiful, rustic atmosphere home with many amenities. The listing is accurate. The host was extremely communicative and very helpful with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had some initial disappointment with the stream that is not visible from the house, but there is a path down the hill to it. They provide a cart for taking chairs etc. down to the creek. The stream is somewhat overgrown. The hike to the waterfalls is only for the young and able. It is very steep...
