About this property

Tuscaloosa Clean, Safe & Stylish House, Minutes from UA and Downtown

  • This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, a few minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, & many other popular attractions, restaurants and stores. The master BR is en suite with a plush, cozy king bed and double vanity in the bathroom. The living room is a great place to relax. WiFi is available with smart TVs, including Netflix & other apps. The fully equipped kitchen is roomy & seats 6. The outside patio has additional eating space.
    It is a split floor plan with the master en suite separated from the other 2 bedrooms for more privacy.
    Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, backyard with privacy fence.
    The only areas not accessible are the garage and one closet.
