The expansive lawn on a level lot invites playful games and leisurely sunbathing when you’re not taking advantage of the sandy bottom swimming area. The oversized L-shaped dock accommodates boats up to 25 feet and features a sun deck outfitted with chairs and an umbrella. Escape the sun in the screened porch that leads to the outdoor deck equipped with a gas grill. Enjoy evening relaxation in the screened gazebo, sure to be a favorite spot for watching TV and winding down at the end of the day. Gather around the solo stove for marshmallow toasting and telling tall tales about the one that got away.

Indoors, an inviting living room with a gas fireplace sets the stage for comfort. The dining area seats eight, and the living room also connects seamlessly to the lounging area, breakfast nook, and breakfast bar in the well-equipped kitchen. A variety of games are tucked into bookcases in the hall that leads to an office space, accommodating those who need to mix work with vacation. A convenient half bath and laundry room complete the first floor living space.

The lakeside primary suite on the first floor features a large closet, windows overlooking the deck, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and toilet room. An additional king bedroom is also located on the first floor.

Venture to the second floor, where two sitting rooms offer different atmospheres. The open landing at the top of the stairs provides views to the lower level and the lake, while the second, a more enclosed space, is perfect for relaxing in Lovesacs or enjoying a movie. A generous game room beckons with pool, indoor shuffleboard, and dartboard. The second floor hosts three bedrooms, each with its own special charm. Choose from a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two full beds, or a king bedroom with a screened porch overlooking the lake. Two bathrooms, one with a standing shower and another with a tub/shower combo, complete the second-floor accommodations.
