Located on Lake Winnipesaukee, in Moultonborough NH, this renovated three-bedroom cottage is the perfect vacation home to get away with the family for a relaxing time on the water.

After a fun day of outdoor adventure, sink into the sofa and unwind with a favorite movie or take part in some friendly competition with a board game. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and additional dining on the screened porch. Prepare meals together while making memories in the stunning kitchen and then dine alfresco on a perfect summer night. Rest well at night, each bedroom has been uniquely appointed with comfort in mind.

Spend your days playing in the water from the sandy beach entrance, paddling around taking in the awesome views, and unwinding by the firepit after a full day of play. There is a dock that will accommodate up to a 21ft boat with two slips available. Note: THIS HOME RUNS ON LAKE WATER, PLEASE BRING BOTTLED WATER FOR DRINKING.

Wonderful spot, comfortable cottage

This is probably the best place we have stayed on the lake after trying a few over the years. The position was great- near enough to get provisions but far enough away to feel on vacation. We enjoyed the three bedrooms, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, separate dining space (or sadly, makeshift workspace for those of us who weren’t fully on vacation) , lovely dock, kayaks/board at our disposal and fire pit. This place has it all!

Lake Winnie remodel was a dream!

Gorgeous remodeled cabin right on the water! So close to Castle in the Clouds meant lots of great hikes with my pup followed by afternoons reading with a glass of wine on the dock! WiFi wasn’t great so if you plan to work I would come with a hot spot. Absolute dream for my schnauzer and I and I would absolutely come back!!

Lakefront paradise

If you are seeking a traditional lakeside cottage with all of the modern conveniences of home, look no further and book now. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a tastefully decorated (and air conditioned) interior, fresh-cut flowers along with a personal note from the owner who immediately made us feel like we had been coming here for years. The grounds have been preserved to maintain the feel of a traditional lakeside camp. Whether having morning coffee on the screened porch or taking in the breathtaking sunsets on the brand-new dock, this property was everything what we had hoped it would be.
