"Dead cockroaches on the floors. Not one staff person on the property at any time. We had to retrieve our own keys from behind the lobby desk. Worst hotel I have ever seen!!"

The reason for a four is the floor tile was cracked which should have been replaced during the remodel and the lens cover on the light nearest the sofa was cracked and taped together ..."
