「Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

「チェックアウトしましたが、フロントがあわてておきてきて、385ｄｈの料金を400ｄｈ差し出したら、おつりがないといわれ、外でくづしてくるといったら、外はみんなしまっているといわれ、しかたなくおつりはいいといいました。でて少し行くと外の店は開いていましたが・・・」

「チェックイン時間より早く到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインでき、親切に対応していただき助かりました。 場所はメディナの中ですが、所々サインがあり、たどり着けました。部屋もきれいで雰囲気があり良かった。雨の為、寒かったけどエアコンがあり快適でした。 部屋にドライヤーが無く、フロントで貸して頂けるとの事でした。気付いたのが夜だったので借り損ねた。 朝食のクレープが美味しかった。機会があれば、また泊まりたいです。」
