PUSHE Village Playa Granada Beach Golf 2 is ideal for enjoying the sun and sea all year round, whether it's a well deserved holiday, a few days of relaxation or taking advantage of the benefits offered by teleworking and changing the views of the office for a unique environment.

It is located on the beachfront, on the Los Moriscos golf course, in Playa Granada (Motril) and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Tropical Coast of Granada offers all year round.

The villa is structured on 3 floors, and has a large roof terrace with views of the beach, the mountains and the golf course. It offers all the necessary elements for an exclusive stay, as well as careful and exclusive decoration.

Our guests can enjoy all the services necessary to complete a wonderful stay: free Wi Fi (300 Mbs) throughout the villa, air conditioning with heat pump, free private parking, TV with streaming services, etc.

The private saltwater pool complements everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful environment.

General Sale Conditions of PUSHE SL Payment Conditions 1. Outstanding Balance The reservation must be paid in full before the delivery of the keys. 2. Refundable Deposit To cover possible damages to the property, the client must pay a deposit by credit card 7 days before check in. The specific amount of this deposit will be indicated on the property's file. It will be returned 7 days after check out if there is no damage. Number of Guests It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more guests in the tourist accommodation than that declared in the reservation. According to RD 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all guests. Client Responsibility 1. Use of the Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to use the property appropriately, exempting PUSHE SL from any liability for damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's residence. 2. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuables that clients bring with them or leave in the property during their stay. 3. Damages Caused The client will be responsible for damages caused to the property, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1. Specific Rules of the Accommodation In all PUSHE SL properties, a list of the specific rules of the accommodation is available to the client. These will include basic rules such as quiet hours, guidelines for the disposal of garbage and recommendations for respectful behaviour towards neighbours and the environment. Serious and/or repeated non compliance with the established conditions by the client or their companions will entitle PUSHE SL to demand immediate abandonment of the accommodation, without the right to compensation or refund of the deposit. Arrivals and Departures 1. Arrival Check in at properties managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 15:00 and 17:00. For arrivals in person outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the property. This will be communicated by message in the booking confirmation. 2. House with a great location

The house was fresh and nice. A very good location close to the beach and restaurants. A small minimarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and a slightly larger grocery store was 15 minutes away on foot. The garden furniture was a bit worn. The air conditioning was only available on the ground floor in the living room, but there was none on the middle floor where all the bedrooms were. It got unbearably hot. It was easy to take the local bus into Motril for shopping.Overall, we are satisfied.Unfortunately, communication with the host was very sporadic and the information provided felt unclear.
