「This place is awesome! The tented structure was awesome and the bathrooms attached to each structure were modern and clean. After just a few short hours of being there, the Maasai guards knew who we were and where our tent was. 「2011年夏に滞在して、今回の2013年の年始で２度目の滞在です。前回に比べて、サービスの質が低下したように感じました。マネージャーの交代＆大量リストラなどがあったのでしょうか？レストランでは人手が足りていないように感じました。（気が利かない人が多いようにも感じました。）宿泊１ヶ月前に「サファリドライバーを前回と同じジョセフでお願いします」とリクエストしておき、返事も頂いてましたが宿泊当日にはそれが全く通じていなく、残念に思いました。やはり、冬場よりも夏場の方が多くの動物を見ることができます。滞在を検討されている方には７月＆８月の滞在をお薦めします。」
