「Positive: good value for money, and location. Staff flexibility on check in as I had delayed trains. Negative: Room 1 suffered from traffic noise. (Others may not). On key collection, a customer aggressively demanded: What the *#&£ are you doing here? If the staff member tried to diffuse the situation, or apologise, then fine. However, if I've paid money up front, I do not expect to get abused, independent of how bigoted the establishment is.」

「It was all over good but hotel was above the bar which was noisy at night and unpleasant for family stay. Water kittle was not cleaned properly. Towels were not sufficient. Main thing is hotel front desk was another side of the road in an Indian restaurant and restaurant get closed after 8 or 9 pm and no intercom in rooms . It was literally horrifying after getting dark.」

「The room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darkness」

「The food for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was fabulous! The rooms were tired although the bed was great some of the furniture needed updating. There was noise all night from a boiler (I think) which kept me awake. Overall a pleasant stay but a bit too pricey for the room stay.」
