Liaucous

Le gîte est bien placé, à la sortie du village médiéval de Liaucous, non loin de départs de belles randonnées. À l’étage se trouve une seule chambre avec un lit pour 2 personnes. Ensuite les quatre autres couchages se répartissent dans la mezzanine dans une certaine promiscuité. La salle, au rez de chaussé est superbe avec une vue splendide sur les falaises et sur le Tarn. Une seconde baie ouvre sur les falaises opposées. Parfait pour de belles observations d’oiseaux, et des lumières sur les paysages . Ne pas oublier ses jumelles!

Excellent week-end dans le gîte de M.Balmayer. Spacieux, propre, bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique. La procédure d'arrivée et de départ très facilitée. Le village de Liaucous vaut le detour!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren zu zweit im Oktober mit unserem Hund hier zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen - der Ausblick von der Terrasse/dem Balkon ist einfach wunderschön! Die Anfahrt war etwas kompliziert - am Ende holte uns der Gastgeber an einer Kirche ab, an der wir gestrandet sind. Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen!

Belle grange rénovée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location typique de la région, dans un petit hameau très calme. Le logement est super et très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Bonne situation géographique. Pleins de randonnées magnifiques à faire dans la région dans un rayon d'un dizaine de Km. Merci à notre hôte.

Séjour 2 semaines Août 2020

Cette région est magnifique et je pèse mes mots. Arrivé avec mes 2 fils (ados) il y a vraiment de quoi s'occuper tous les jours, activités en tous genre en plein air; canoë, trottinettes électriques cross (Duverbike), Paintball au dessus de Millau (Parc de loisirs des Bouscaillous), rando, baignade, grottes abîme et aven...etc Le gîte est grand et fonctionnel, une vue imprenable depuis la terrasse sur la vallée du Tarn et le Tarn lui-même, superbes à toutes heures. Place de parking réservée. Les propriétaires font confiance aux vacanciers pour le ménage au départ, à nous d'être respectueux des locataires suivants. Très satisfait de mes vacances.

Cette propriété a été rénové depuis quelques années, la maison est fraîche ce qui fut appréciable en période de forte chaleur Le village de liaucous est joli, les environs offrent de multiples activités.

Frais en bas grande salle, vue superbe (gorges et village). 1er etage confortable mais plus chaud, ce qui est normal (semaine caniculaire).

Ehemalige Scheune zur wunderschönen Aussicht.....

Wir verbrachten hier zu zweit 6 sehr schöne Tage Ende September. In der Nebensaison ist es hier wunderbar, wenn man die Stille und Zurückgezogenheit zu schätzen weiß. Und wenn man natürlich auch ein Liebhaber der Natur ist, dann kommt man hier voll auf seine Kosten. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang und man kann vom Grundstück aus wunderbare Ausblicke geniessen. Die Einrichtung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht, allerdings darf man keinen Luxus erwarten. Zu unserer Zeit waren die Weintrauben der Laube vor dem Hauseingang gerade reif und wir genossen die köstlichen Früchte in vollen Zügen. Als größere Familie muss man sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass die beiden Wohnetagen bis auf ein Schlafzimmer im OG nicht durch Türen voneinander getrennt sind und man deshalb rein akustisch einander voll ausgesetzt ist. Wir haben das Haus, das Umland und natürlich auch die Tarn, die wir zu dieser Zeit fast für uns alleine hatten, sehr lieb gewonnen und uns hier sehr wohl fühlen dürfen. Die Vermieter haben uns auch sehr freundlich empfangen und sind jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht.

Prima Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben Ende März gemeinsam mit unseren 3 kleinen Kindern in diesem schönen Ferienhaus eine Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar ein Baby-Reisebett war vorhanden.Lediglich einen Kinderhochstuhl gab es nicht, aber wir konnten uns auch anders behelfen. Die Treppe zu den Schlafgelegenheiten war für unsere Kinder kein Problem. Durch den offenen Schnitt ist das Haus jedoch recht hellhörig. Die Eltern können also keine Party mehr feiern, wenn die Kinder im Bett sind... ;-) Da die reizvolle Umgebung mitsamt ihren zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten aber alle Urlauber immer sehr müde gemacht hat, wollten sie dies ohnehin nicht mehr. Und wenn man möchte, kann man sich auch gut vor das Haus auf die kleine Terasse setzen. Der Blick vor dem Haus geht direkt auf die Berge-unglaublich schön! Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders der Herr des Hauses hat uns mit seiner offenen und unkomplizierten Art begeistert. Er half uns sogar, unseren verloren gegangenen Ehering zu suchen...und war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ihn um Rat fragte oder etwas brauchte. Es gab auch einen äußerst köstlichen Birnensaft für uns-selbstgemacht. Es gibt zahlreiche interessante Wanderrouten mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden und spektakulären Aussichten. Wir waren wirklich unheimlich beeindruckt und haben die Natur und das Abgeschiedensein in vollen Zügen genossen. Lediglich die Wege zum Einkaufen sind etwas länger, da gibt der Ort selbst nicht viel her. Alles in allem empfehlen wir dieses Ferienhaus und die Umgebung wärmstens weiter!
