Bom, o hotel é ótimo. Todos os dias a equipe arrumava o quarto e trocava as toalhas. No entanto, tive alguns problemas com o meu quarto: a televisão não era smart, os travesseiros eram muito ruins. Solicitei outros, mas não resolveu. Além disso, o piso molhava, pois saía água por baixo, e havia um barulho constante de água pingando ao longo do dia, sem que conseguíssemos identificar de onde vinha.

Não gostei. Chegamos à noite e o corretor até o quarto tava todo apagado, una dificuldade p encontrar o quarto. Recepção atendimento pessimo, passamos mais de u a hora p nos liberar. Quando comprei a estadia, tinha direito ao café da manhã. Porem o hotel não liberou o café. Um absurdo.

Eu só uso o hotéis.com. E varias vezes ao ano… Nunca vivi uma situação tão constrangedora em minha vida. A pousada possui janelas para um corredor aberto e que passa muita gente. Nas janelas haviam espaços entre as festras. Não posso afirmar com certeza. Mas a sensação é que eu estava sendo vigiado TODO TEMPO.

Vexatório.

Razoável. Comprei a estadia com café da manhã incluso e o recepcionista disse que o café da manhã não estava contemplado. Insisti mostrando o print da compra mas ele não aceitou, considerando que na hora do checkout a outra recepcionista informou que não constava o café da manhã no pacote, o que deu a entender que ela queria que eu efetuasse o pagamento. Mostrei novamente o print e ela fez cópia.
