"This retreat was simply stunning. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and adorable. The hot tub was amazing - especially after a round of golf and a long hike! We had a bonfire every night and even enjoyed watching MNF on the big screen projector (which had incredible quality!). This is the exact vacation my fiancé and I needed after non-stop travel for the 2 weeks before. I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything is easy to use and labeled, the guest book guide is very, very thorough. I have already recommended this to many of my friends if they ever wanted a retreat in the Vermont mountains! The host was very responsive and helpful as well. I really hope we’ll be back one day!"

"We really loved our late summer stay at the Kendall Brook Lodge in the beautiful Mad River Valley! It’s such a peaceful spot. The house is lovely, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay; the photos in the listing are very accurate. It’s extremely private and surrounded on all sides by trees and nature. We especially loved eating breakfast in the morning on the deck and stargazing in the hot tub at night. We spent ages just watching the hummingbirds and bees in the wildflowers out back. The beds are very comfortable, and plenty of linens/blankets/towels are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked; we were pleased to find nice quality pots and pans, which is rare in rental properties.We had originally booked a two night stay, but loved the house so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. We want to thank Colin & Mad River Valley Management for being awesome hosts, and we are definitely looking forward to a future visit to this lovely house! "

"We had a wonderful stay in Laura’s guest house! The directions were helpful but google maps got us there perfectly. Getting in was super easy! They were very responsive and helpful. The guest house was a perfect size for us. We made some meals in the kitchen and slept very comfortably! Everything was very nice and clean. The area is incredible! The swimming holes and Mountain View’s blew our minds, we will definitely be back!"
