「I have stayed here before and had great experience. There were a couple of snafoos when I arrived but everything worked out in the end. The stairs going up to my place were not ideal but I survived. I want to thank Rebecca for all her help and kindness. I want to thank the wonderful Kenton for coming down the next morning to do a great job getting my room in tip top shape. And last but not least, Scott. He came down from the Pub to reset my lock to make sure I would be completely safe. I...

「The place appeared unkept on the outside. There were cigarette buts on the walkway and the tiles were broken. I thought it was strange for a bed to be in the living room and the second bedroom had a table and chairs in it. The bathroom lights were bare light bulbs. It’s an old house and needs some fixing up. It was adequate for our needs.」

「Great place. Very clean. It felt brand new. All staples you need plus there were snacks, coffee and waters. The po d out back is great for fishing! It was a surprise that the guest house is attached to the main house. However, we never saw or heard anything that impacted our time here. The location is very close to Hillsdale College. There are a handful of places to eat and trails arboretum nearby. 30 min from IMS.」

「The Independence Inn was beautiful and an amazing experience from booking to stay to checkout. Emma was great with communication. The home was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We (2 adult couples) stayed one night to watch a football game at Hillsdale College. The home is within 4 mins to the college and convenient to restaurants and cute downtown. 1 bathroom on the main floor and one upstairs. The kitchen had everything needed including a full fridge, full oven and a cute coffee bar....
