「Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen (everything you could possibly need). It was like a home from home. The only slight negative was that the beds were very soft, but that's just personal preference.
Whitbarrow village itself was very well maintained with a lovely bar/restaurant area. We would definitely return.」

「The cottage was immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. The conservatory overlooking the wonderful large garden, with a view of Skiddaw was excellent. The addition of private parking and a very quiet cul de sac added to the overall quality. The location was perfect - an easy walk into town, with great hiking routes from the door and easy access to the traffic free cycle path. Perfect, and we look forward to returning soon.」
