Great apartment and location. Vrbo however is very difficult to deal with. They state they automatically repay your deposit to the original payment method from which it was taken (eg credit card). They admit it didn’t happen automatically through no fault of mine and now insist on paying a bank account only, which will incur fees. Why can’t they just repay the funds to the account it was originally taken, as any other holiday let company would?
