Two-room renovated apartment on the 1st floor of a residence (without lift) near the center of Morzine (exhibition SSud-Est / Sud-Ouest) with a surface of 33 m², it includes:

ENTRANCE: cupboard - wardrobe, tiled floor
KITCHEN / KITCHEN: electric cooker + oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pressure cooker, squeegee service, cupboards, tiled floor
Living room sitting room: new pull-out sofa bed for two people (purchased in September 2020),d, television, wood floor. Access balcony / large terrace with garden furniture (Pleney and south hillside view)
DINETTE: table, chairs, corner seat, tiled floor
BEDROOM: 1 double bed, shelves, built-in wardrobe, wood floor. Balcony access
BATHROOM: bathtub, shower curtain, storage cabinet, tiled floor
