「Very nice little apartment. Fairly well decorated and nice beds. Very clean and calming environment. I was annoyed that there is only one mirror. It makes it difficult for multiple adults to get ready in the morning. Consider putting a mirror in at least one bedroom. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Could use a better router.」

「We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. 「We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! 「Wonderful property for a relaxing stay with family. Location seemed to be within 5-10 minutes of everything we planned on doing in Peoria. Riverfront, museums, grocery store, Bradley Park, dog trails - every time we googled directions, we were close to our destination. Lots of room to spread out in the house, beautiful grounds, nice beds, nice towels. We just had a great time staying at the Knoxville Retreat.」
