"Bei unseren Buchung via Expedia waren die Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Als wir kamen in den Camping mussten wir das anfragen, sie sagten kosten 5Eur pro Handtuch, wir haben dann unsonst bekommen da in der Buchung geschrieben war. Auch sollten wir 5Eur pro Tag Parking bezahlen, wenn für jede Mobilehome ein Stellplatz ist. Da nachsaison war, haben sie uns nicht kassiert. Auch haben angeboten bis 22 Uhr zu bleiben am check out Tag. Die Küche hatte keinen Schwam, Spühlmittel, Geschirrtücher....

It was very small, the beds were not comfortable, they did not provide enough bed linens for all the beds, and there was a bag of dirty towels left behind and no clean towels. The WiFi connection was poor and kept disconnecting. The aqua center was the best part but the accommodations were terrible"

Wir hatten nur im Voraus die Ferienwohnung gebucht und auch bezahlt und uns dann vor Ort für ein Zelt (Glamping) entschieden, da die Zelte näher am Pool auf einem abgezäunten Areal waren. Für die Kinder war das optimal. Leider konnte uns aber die Preisdifferenz nicht erstattet werden, was wir natürlich sehr schade fanden und auch nicht verstehen. Die Lage ist ein Traum in Bezug zur Zugänglichkeit zum Meer und zur Lagune. Die Ausstattung ist ohne Mängel und stets voll funktionsfähig. Ich kann das aber nur für die unsriege Unterkunft sagen, da wir keine Einsicht in andere Unterkünfte hatten. Si wie es aber scheint, waren alle anderen Gäste auch zufrieden. Danke "
