We checked in late and checked out very early, just a one night stay on a road trip but all information was very clear! Room was spotless, bathroom was beautiful, all the amenities we needed. Appreciated the free chocolates, water, coffee and wine!

The hotel provided a parking space right infront of the main enterence. The staff was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the complimentary bottle of wine. We'll return next time we're in Morro Bay.

The room was super clean and modern! The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself is located right by the water and in the downtown area. Perfect walking distances from all the shops and restaurants around the bay.

This place was awesome above and beyond! They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and free bottled water is a huge plus. They slso think of all the little things to make your stay and experience even better. I was beyond please and satisfied with the service and easy check-in. Everything was so easy and smooth and the ambiance of the area and rooftop patio was the best! And the rooms are so clean! Will definitely come back!

Excellent amenities (free bottle of wine, wine glasses, $20 coupon for restaurant, robes and much more)! Outside areas need better cleaning (a wipe down of table & chairs would be great! Staff were helpful and friendly. We love Morro Bay and this place made it even better.

Amazing visit to the Inn at Rose's Landing. What wonderful staff everyone was awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly! The rooms were so clean and spotless! Amenities were unexpected and welcomed: Sauna, Cold Plunge, Candy Store, Gift Shop, Ocean Front Restaurant and Bar All in One Location... we could walk from the ocean to our room in seconds! We will gladly be visiting again

We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving later in the day. The property made for a convenient and relaxing base to enjoy Morro Bay. The bathroom barn door did not have a lock and would slide open, so privacy was a little limited. Pro-tip: install heavy magnets to help keep the door in place. You may want to consider adding a lock.

We came for my husband’s birthday and at first I was a little nervous it was because it was so hard to find parking but after a couple circles around the lot we found a spot. Tv was difficult to operate and the bathroom door was off the tracks so it didn't close all the way. These weren’t deal breakers for us tho as we really just wanted to be walking around looking at stuff. The man who helped us check in and out was absolutely amazing, he walked us all the way to the parking lot across the street, and helped us load all of our luggage onto a cart. The free wine and chocolates were also a huge bonus! Would definitely stay here again

The bed was terrible, needs replaced, the chairs in the room are wood with no cushions and very uncomfortable… location was good, rooftop area smell like the kitchen because of the exhaust fan….. overall I won’t return, too many other places to stay in the same area that might be better…..
