「The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. 」

「We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!!」

「Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she...

「Very cozy and well-equipped unit. The host really thought of everything from tons of lighting options to access to power to a bidet and nice shower. Location is also great, being an easy walk to downtown venues as well as the restaurant/retail district on N Person street. One of the better places I've rented. Would stay again!」

"Although I did not know that the roomkeeping during the stay was not included in my plan, the people at the counter were so kind and communicated well, and handed out fresh towels set as well as amenity goods. Laundry machines are cashless basis but the payment did now work well. Around the parking space, there are enough number of ashtrays apart from the front door, which helped me so much!"
