When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was very nice, but I felt bad because he was new and didn’t have an idea on what to do either. I don’t think he shouldn’t been left there alone if it was only his second day working there. Won’t be booking here again. "

Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person. My elderly mother and I stood at the desk for more than 5 minutes as the attendant and another employee stood talking and laughing loudly about personal issues. Customer service went from very good to nonexistent in the six months from our previous visit. We paid higher than normal rates to visit family - no doubt in part to opening day at the local theme park. We won’t be back. "
