Ground Floor: • Open-plan living / dining / kitchen area – comfy sofas and ambient lighting, dining table for 6, full-width sliding doors framing sea views and opening onto the terrace • Kitchen – induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine , drying rack, kettle, toaster, essentials & cookware. First Floor: • Bedroom 1 – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, mirror and drawers. Ensuite Bathroom – Shower & toilet. • Bedroom 2 – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, mirror and drawers. • Bedroom 3 – Single bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, mirror and drawers. • Family bathroom – bath with overhead shower, basin, WC. Outside: Patio area with outdoor furniture. Balcony with sea views. Parking – Allocated private parking space for two vehicles. Pets – Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
