Situation:
On a large wine estate, located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, come and recharge your batteries in the calm and authenticity of Provence.
Charming little cottage, very quiet, very bright, with an exceptional view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding countryside.
There is no fence here: you are surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees!

Description:
This cottage is located in the Hautes Briguières wine estate, close to the owner: no rental scam: 100% guaranteed!
Recent accommodation, very well insulated, semi-detached, not overlooked, no soundproofing problem and completely refreshed in 2013.
It is very well located in the heart of Vaucluse, between Avignon and its festival and Sault, the land of lavender. The view of Mont Ventoux is breathtaking and the walks are very beautiful (perfect for mountain biking and road biking).

Ideal holiday cottage, with an equestrian center at 800m, a lake + tree climbing at 1km (supervised swimming in July-August) and a large municipal swimming pool at 3 km (Villes sur Auzon).
Finally, come and visit the cellar of the estate where you can taste red, rosé or white wines.

Practical details:
Very comfortable accommodation with all amenities: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, wc, very nice living room with American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge) with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine) dining area and TV area.
Large living room under the veranda and lawn terrace (equipped with garden chairs and tables, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol) with superb views of Mont Ventoux. Parking on land near the gîte.

Sheets and linen not provided (unless expressly requested). Possibility of loan of a BB bed and a high chair for children.
Animals: prior agreement with the owner.
Supplement end of stay cleaning on request (40 €), possibility of renting household linen (10 € / person).

Entry into the gîte on Saturday from 3 p.m. and departure of the gîte on the following Saturday before 11 a.m.
Delivery of keys by the owner.
Possibility of short stay rental subject to availability (3 nights minimum).
