気になった点 : 清潔度

L'appartement ne correspondait du tout à celui que l'on avait loué. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un appartement en travaux. Le judas de la porte d'entrée est monté à l'envers (les personnes sur le palier peuvent voir l'intérieur de l'appartement. La cuisine : absence de porte sur un placard. Les autres n'ont pas de poignée (il faut se baisser pour les ouvrir). Il y a l'emplacement pour un tiroir mais il n'est pas installé. L'appartement peut accueillir 6 personnes sauf qu'il n'y a que 4 fourchettes. Salon / salle à manger : l'accoudoir du canapé est cassé, étagère installée à moitié, carreau cassé et multi prise de la télé qui pend. Salle de bain : aucune finition n'est faite, trou apparent sous la douche. Par contre, douche très bien, bon débit sauf quand on tire le chasse des toilettes, l'eau se coupe. Chambres : bonne literie. Etagères pas installées et rideaux ne tiennent pas. La tringle est installée sur le coffret des stores donc à cause du poids, elle ne tient pas. L'appartement est soit disant équipé du Wi-Fi, fer à repasser avec table et sèche cheveux : rien de tout cela n'était présent.

The Photos are of a Model

We stayed a total of 15 minutes out of a 2-month booking because the apartment we were issued was not the same one from the photos. The listing does not explain that the photos come from a model. Ours was a downgraded apartment that had several incomplete renovations, broken window glass, and worn and damaged furniture. The listing also does not give a street name, so the precise location cannot be searched before booking. We received the address and check-in information only two hours before we arrived instead of a week. We were disappointed and also afraid when we arrived because the apartment complex did not feel safe. My husband refused to allow us to stay there because I would often be home alone. The positives, both VRBO and the owner did respond right away when we contacted them about the apartment. Unfortunately, neither party helped rectify the situation. I am writing an honest review because I don't want other travelers to experience the same loss (of a lot of money) that we did. The listing should really be updated to be more accurate.
