「-Very friendly staff -good location -clean pool -clean room/spacy rooms -delicious food/breakfast buffet Maybe the air conditioner could use some cleanup, but overall good experience 8/10」

「Very nice boutique property very cozy…」

The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. 「A budget friendly place to stay, I would say it's the best place to stay in North Goa with pocket friendly budget. The surrounding is also pretty safe and there are decent options for food for pure veg as well. Swiggy zomato is also available to use. Excellent staff at the hotel. Response was good. 「First the description of partial sea view was incorrect as there was no sea view Second the area around had a lot of shacks so not the cleanest Third toooo many stray dogs U couldn’t even walk the street without having 5-6 stray dogs surround u Even at night we were woken up by the barking of these dogs and once they started they wouldn’t stop Food was good and service was good but they need to change the description of the property and do something about those dogs」
