Nestled on 2.85 acres of pristine land by the stunning Lake Macquarie, Wilderness Waters offers a serene and luxurious escape for up to 16 guests. Ideal for family reunions, wellness retreats, or peaceful getaways, this exceptional estate is designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable memories.
Accommodation:
The property features six elegantly appointed bedrooms and a separate studio (available for 15th/16th guests only at an additional cost enquire within), all with premium linens, air conditioning, and beautiful lake views. Four and a half modern bathrooms, including multiple ensuites, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.
Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 14 Guests Included):
Bedroom 1 – 1 x King
Bedroom 2 – 1 x King
Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen
Bedroom 4 – 1 x Queen
Bedroom 5 – 3 x Singles + 1 x Trundle
Bedroom 6 – 1 x Queen
Bedroom 7 (Studio – only for 115th/16th guests) – 1 x Queen
Guest Access & Extra Guests:
Please note, the 7th bedroom/studio is only available for more than 15-16 guests when booked which are calculated when booked at an additional cost per person. If you add more than 14 guests after booking, you will be charged an additional cost per person for this. Under no circumstances can we allow more than 16 on site at any time and no visitors allowed.
To be crystal clear: The number of guests on your booking is strictly limited to the agreed total. Additional guests are not permitted on site at any time or any circumstances. This includes no 'visitors', only the number of guests booked online will be approved on site, and any unapproved guests on site will result in immediate eviction with no refund. These rules comply with the NSW STR Code of Conduct and local regulations.
We have many family groups who enjoy this house year after year and have created wonderful memories but please know this is not the right house for large groups wanting to party, drink or play music. If the neighbours notify us of party or noise behaviour, you will be evicted by our security without notice or refund.
Exclusive Amenities:
Games Room: Billiard table, board games, puzzles, and a small library.
Outdoor Living: Private (unheated) pool, BBQ area, spacious patio, and expansive lawns for alfresco dining and relaxation.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with outdoor dining options.
Recreation: Private tennis court and shared jetty access (jetty is for pick-up/drop-off only; fishing or mooring not permitted).
Parking: Ample space for up to eight vehicles.
Views: Stunning Lake Macquarie vistas, creating a tranquil backdrop.
Property Policies & Guest Information:
Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by the property owner via a third-party service. Please use responsibly. Speeds and reliability cannot be guaranteed, and no compensation is offered for service disruptions.
No Party & Noise Policy: A strict no-party, low-noise policy is enforced. Excessive noise, parties, or inappropriate behaviour may result in eviction, police involvement, and/or additional charges.
Swimming Pool: Open from the NSW September school holidays to the Easter school break, maintained per seasonal and safety standards. No heating available for the pool/spa.
Security & Noise Monitoring: Two external cameras monitor driveway and front entrance; a noise monitoring device is installed. Tampering will result in $2000 loss of bond.
Guest Registration & ID Verification: All guests must complete online registration with valid photo ID before arrival. Lead guest provides contact info for the group. Access granted only after verification.
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain domestic travel insurance for unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
