Enjoy a pleasant stay in this apartment with mountain decoration, facing south and offering a magnificent view of the slopes.
Located on level 1 (accessed by 2 floors of stairs), this apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people (including a bed in the living room).

With an area of approximately 36m², the apartment includes an entrance, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, and two [hidden] living room, with a pull-out sofa, a television and a beautiful view of the slopes, offers a pleasant and bright living space. It is accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen area. Enjoy the south-facing balcony with views of the slopes, including a small table and 2 chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a TOP fridge, mini oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crockery and cookware.

Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 X 190 cm
Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed 80 X 190 cm (please note that the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
Living room: 1 pull-out sofa 2 X 80 cm (can be heightened)

Its bright, well-exposed apartments offer an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and benefit from a functional layout, perfect for stays with family or friends. Thanks to its "ski-in/ski-out" location, it allows immediate access to the slopes, to fully enjoy the Grand Massif ski area without constraints.

In summer and winter, the residence is an ideal starting point for all the sports and leisure activities on offer in Morillon 1100 and the Giffre Valley.

Très bel appartement tout en bois très montagnard super bien situé avons passé une semaine ensoleillé et profité du balcon face aux pistes et d une neige encore bonne.A refaire.
