Malas instalaciones, las habitaciones muy sucias, camas muy incómodas, cortos circuitos en lamparas, lámparas del baño caidas, no ponen papel ni jabón en los baños y habia que estarlo solicitando, pésimo internet. Ropa vieja de otros huéspedes debajo de las camas, cucarachas muertas. NO LO RECOMIENDO y que por el mismo costo hay muchas opciones mejores.

buena opción a distancia caminable a la catedral

El hotel tiene buen precio, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Tampoco se puede esperar mucho. El desayuno preferible irse a otro lugar, en la noche pues sólo está el guardia y hay que tocar para despertarlo, el estacionamiento en la noche no opera es decir si llegas de una boda en la noche tienes que dejarlo en la calle aun y hayas pagado su pensión. Los pasillos son muy anchos y me todo la desfrotuna de un padre de familia jugando con niños que nos quitaron el sueño a todos los que estabamos hospedados, nadie le decía nada.

Estar mas al pendiente de los huespedes

Ya me he quedado en este hotel, sin embargo en la habitación en la cual me quedé no salió agua caliente, se le explicó a la recepción sin embargo no hubo éxito.

Grata experiencia.

Hacer la reservación fue muy fácil, llegamos muy noche pero fuimos atendidos muy amablemente, desde los recepcionistas hasta las personas que hacen el arreglo de los cuartos fueron muy amables, la instalaciones son excelentes, cerca del centro y nos dieron consejos de a donde ir para conocer esta ciudad, una buena opción si se desea estar cerca de todo, volveremos.

Great location

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. Hoping it would be like our first and it was for the most part. The hotel is close enough to the Cathedral without the traffic noise. The only issue was the leaking shower head. Not the fault of the hotel but it should have been fixed before renting out the room.

Found a bobby pin on the bathroom floor and a an empty travel size shampoo bottle next to the shower. Made me wonder if they even cleaned the room before we got there. Some of the towels looked like they needed to be cleaning rags instead because they were old and the edges had strings. There was no hair dryer.

El recepcionista del hotel estaba con copas y nos cancelaron la reservacion por sus propios pantalones y llegamos al hotel sin cuartos disponibles.

El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, por lo tanto es un costo adicional y el estacionamiento cercano no abre el domingo, la habitación no tenia toallas, solicitamos a recepción y nos dijeron que no tenían por que las habían lavado y estaban húmedas, para la tv no tenían controles remotos y el personal solo se limitaba a pedir disculpas.

La persona de recepción muy mala actitud, en la habitación de s lado estaban sonando la televisión a un volumen demasiado alto, le fui a informar al de recepción y me dijo que no era ahí, le comento que si es de un cuarto y que vaya a revisar, fue 10 min después y porsupuesto que estaba prendido y s todo volumen la TV

Unfriendly staff and did not want to check us in

The staff was not friendly when we told them we have booked through expedia. They said they dont like bookings when they come from expedia. They told us the manager is the one that manages those bookings, but he wasn't there. So what am I supposed to do? They also said they did not know which room to give me because I paid in dollars. In the end they gave me the room, but there was no need for all that drama.

No tuvimos agua caliente los 4 dias que estuvimos ahi, el Gerente jamas dio la cara. Los recepcionistas muy amables.
