General appearance ok… first impression approaching there was lots of cigarette stubs outside the door area … ADVERTISED with pool an other amenities DID NOT SAY YOU HAD TO PAY FOR THESE … there was an additional £82 to use which I feel should be reimbursed for false advertising!!!
