「Lorsqu'on arrive dans cet établissement, nous avons un accueil sympathique du gérant, et apres .... l'horreur ! L'hotel n'est pas entretenu, il y a encore sur une table le buffet petit dejeuner avec le pain, des céréales, et rien n'est nettoyé. Al check in siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.Avevo prenotato due camere standard con finestra e ci è stato offerto un upgrade con una stanza con terrazzo. 「Great location, ski in, everything is within few steps away! Nice swimming pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Room was very comfortable and had everything and more than we needed. Really enjoyed the place and location.」

「Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier.」
