"Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence. "Excellent communication before and during stay and quick response to a small issue. Pool was a standout as it was heated so it could be used daily, in February, by our grandchildren. The house was warm and heating was easily managed. The house met our high hopes, although we would have liked the outdoor eating areas to have more sun - we were there in February. Otherwise, a very good stay - thank you to our hosts and hope you would host us again. "

"Pros: The location of the apartment for Altea town, beach amenities is perfect. The apartment was perfect with the bonus of seaview. The host goes above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend and return. Cons: The pool got busy between 11.30-14.00 with some children unsupervised and had a disregard for younger/older swimmers. Advised not to hire a large car as the parking space is a little tight."

"Just back from here and easily one of the best hotels in benidorm. me and my missus stayed the the premium suite with the pool few.the rooms are spacious,clean plenty of storage and good amenities. Staff are very welcoming and kind. The best part of the hotel is the adults only rooftop bar and pool and even in the busy season as of July you could go up any time of day and get a sun bed but be aware the bar is expensive for drinks. The breakfast in the morning was standard and could be a bit more variety for cooked options but was lovely what they had on.all in its a fantastic hotel and we will be back"

"Checking in was smooth and the door codes were received before we left the UK Rooms were nice, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Good location, quiet but close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Only criticism would be the size of the roof terrace and pool. We didn’t manage to spend any time there as there are very few beds and were always occupied (or unoccupied but with towels on them for most of the day) We would definitely stay again."
