Staff very helpful. Clean facilities, nice quite area with view of mountains.

Ok, so when we arrived it was 101 degrees outside, major heatwave. The air conditioning did not work, staff said they would have their onsite maintainence take a look at it. The next day it was 97 degrees maintenance showed up no luck fixing they gave us a fan and extention cord. We left the front door of our cabin open until 11pm to cool down. The 3rd day they show up at 4pm with hvac tech. Spent 1-1/2 hours fixing the broken fan which cools the compressor. Picture show cabin with a table but no table was there. Only 1 receptical in bathroom and two in bedroom. I will never go back to this place. Manager said he would Compensate us for room but when we checked out the front desk said he was off that day, and since we booked 3rd party there was nothing they could do about it. Very pissed off.
