Quiet and lovely spot nestled between the mountains and sea!

Wonderful spot with everything you need to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Mo’orea views. We were able to cook, do laundry, play tennis, lounge in the sun, and cool off in the cold pool (in between island adventures!). The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the manager was super helpful.

Fantastic property

Located at Legend Residences, this property is secure, clean and very private. The views are amazing, close to good local restaurants. The directions were very detailed making the property very easy to find. The kitchen is well equipped with nearly new cookware. It’s nice having two sinks in the master bathroom and a great walkin shower. The Air Conditioners worked well in both bedrooms. The kitchen and living room areas seemed to always have a nice breeze to keep things cool - especially at night. The outdoor jacuzzi could have been warmer but refreshing after a day at the beach. The only regret was having to leave after 6 nights to return home. This property is perfect for a couple or a family of 4.

Perfect for a short a long stay

Villa is charming and thoughtfully designed so that although small, it fits a family perfectly. The views are spectacular, and the small hot tub was surprising refreshing when not at the beach. We only turned on the heat once, otherwise we appreciated the cold plunge as the deck was hot during the mornings. Very clean property, well maintained, and nicely stocked with supplies. We all felt we won the Vrbo lottery with a place that was exactly as presented in the photos. Snack Mahana down the street is somewhere we could eat every day, and the sunset at the beachside cocktail bar at Le Tipaniers Hotel just down the street was so convenient.

Great 2BR VRBO in Moorea

Check in with Alizee was quick and easy. We were surprised that we were asked to sign a contract to allow extra charge if we over-consumed AC as we were staying 23 days. Place was excellent as advertised. deck terrace was larger than expected. Kitchen lacked chef quality equipment. Tap leaked, oven knob broke, toilet room fan needed replacing. Alizee' s collegue Laina was excellent & quick to cure all issues. Common pool was great. Beside small issues, place was wonderful

Extrêmement bien situé et avec une vue imprenable. Dommage que la location ne répondait pas tout à fait à ce qui était promit aux niveaux équipements. Lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait pas seche-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas, ustensiles de cuisine manquant ou très usagés, linge de maison taché, tiroir table de chevet cassé, coin du lit chambre parentale très Abîmé, propreté laissant à désirer alors que le prix du ménage est facturé à 200 euros, châssis des fenêtres pas complètement fermés d'où eau dans la maison lors des fortes pluies que nous avons connu et chassis chambre parentale ne fermant pas du tout dun côté. . Le lave-vaisselle a été réparé fin de semaine, le linge et les ustensiles de cuisine manquant fournis,le ménage fait (j'avais déjà refait un léger ménage...poussières et passage d une serpillière) Échange difficile avec la société qui gère . Vraiment dommage car sans cela l'endroit est exceptionnel et reposant dans une nature luxuriante, Blancke Christine

Beautiful villa on the mountain

We had a wonderful stay in this villa on the mountain top. We stayed here for one week and we would definitely stay in this complex again. Very reasonably priced and a beautiful gated community. It was so private and peaceful, and loved opening up the windows and letting the breeze flow through. Highly recommend renting a car as it is on the farthest right side of the island. We rented a car with Hertz and visited many of the beautiful beaches as well as going to some of the local grocery stores and purchasing baguettes in the morning (recommend buying baguettes the morning when they are fresh and also in ample supply - by late afternoon there is not as many in the stores). Also purchased fresh mangos, papayas, passion fruit and avocados at the stands set up along the road) and visited the juice factory to buy a couple cartons of juice for fresh juice in the morning - the banana one is our favorite). We also had dinner at the steakhouse down the hill and the staff were so friendly and the food pretty good (also went to Allo Pizza - so good!) Love that this villa is so private and can relax on the deck at the end of the day. I should mention there are a couple little geckos in the villa and sometimes they "chirp" at night. Not a problem for us as we love seeing them and I looked forward to seeing them in our room as they eat the bugs. Beautiful green colours and they are so cute. But if you are wondering what the "chirping" sound is, its the geckos. :-) There are some wild chickens on the property as well, but we didn't hear them much - it was nice to see them in the morning going for their walk. Having a washer is super handy to wash your clothing when you are staying for a week. For some reason, we couldn't figure out how to work the dryer (and make it spin and dry after we pressed the button), so we hung our clothing to dry and by morning our clothing was dry. It is so warm in Mo'orea and with a breeze, your clothing dries very quickly. Missing Mo'orea and plan to return again. Thank you for having us! Becky from Vancouver, Canada

A Week in Moorea
