「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」

「Excellent」

「Our room was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A good selection for breakfast for the two mornings we were there. Overall, it was a great stay ☺️」

「Great staff and good offering - nice rooms - loved the kitchenette.」

「The room was very clean and the staff were very kind. The airport shuttle bus starts running at 5:20 AM. My flight was at 7:00 AM, but I made it just in time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

「Nice hotel for a last minute trip to SLC. Clean, quiet room with good air conditioning. Typical Continental breakfast and a small workout room (the equipment didn't work). A poop which we didn't get to us was very nice. Free parking. Overall very good value.」

「Excellent!」

「The reception staff provided clear instructions, and I had a comfortable and trouble-free overnight stay.」
